Once you have chosen your wine, you simply mix the juice, yeast and bentonite.
Wait 4-8 weeks (depends on wine choice).
When you return for your second visit, bottle, cork, label and capsule your wine! Dress it up with a custom label, or even put your wine on tap.
This is the perfect time to start your next batch too!
Store your wine upright for the first 2-4 days, then lay it on its side for long-term storage so wine and cork stay in contact.
* Maintain a consistent temperature! *
The ideal temperature range is between 10°C(50°F) and 15°C(60°F). Temperature fluctuations or bright lights can compromise the quality of your wine. A dark room, closet or cupboard under the stairs will do just fine.
